The payment options available for your order will be shown at checkout or confirmed on your quotation or invoice. Please follow the payment instructions supplied with your order.

Cash and non-credit accounts

Payment is required immediately on receipt of the invoice and before goods are supplied.

Approved credit accounts

Credit is available only where an account has been approved. Please pay in accordance with the credit terms agreed with RAFS. Creating an online shop account does not automatically provide a credit facility.

Bank transfers and payment queries

For bank transfers, use the bank details on your RAFS invoice and quote the invoice reference. Contact RAFS using its published telephone number to check any unexpected change to payment instructions.

Prices and VAT

Where trade prices are shown excluding VAT, they will be clearly labelled. The applicable tax and delivery charges will be set out before the order is accepted. Consumer orders must show the total inclusive price before the customer commits to buy.
