Delivery charges and arrangements are confirmed in your quotation or agreed order details. Please provide the delivery postcode, required quantity and any site-access restrictions when requesting a quotation.

Tell us about booking slots, restricted vehicle access and unloading requirements before delivery is arranged. Do not assume that tail-lift or forklift unloading is included unless it has been agreed for your order.

Delivery dates are approximate unless a specific commitment has been agreed. The earliest pallet-delivery time in our standard terms is 10:00am. For an update on an agreed delivery, contact RAFS with your order reference.

Inspect the goods on arrival and report visible damage, shortages or discrepancies in writing within two working days where possible. Include photographs if available. This does not limit a consumer’s statutory rights or rights concerning defects that could not reasonably be identified on delivery.
