How do I choose or identify a panel?

Send the panel reference, dimensions and clear photographs of both sides where possible. Tell us whether you need replacements or a complete floor so we can discuss your enquiry.

What does Enviro mean?

Enviro Range panels are second-user products and may show wear. Check the individual product description and the proposed floor finish before ordering.

How long is a quotation valid?

Our standard quotations are valid for 30 days. Product availability may change, and orders remain subject to RAFS acceptance.

Can I arrange installation?

Visit the RAFI installation page and submit your project details for a separate installation enquiry.

How do I report an order or product issue?

Email RAFS with your order reference and details of the issue. Please report visible delivery damage, shortages or discrepancies within two working days where possible. This request does not limit consumers’ statutory rights.
